Which finish should I choose for which use?

For a heavily used contemporary bathroom, polished chrome or PVD finishes offer the best durability, with no surprises over time. For a warm, classic bathroom in white marble or travertine, brushed brass PVD brings a warmth that chrome lacks. For an architectural signature, the special STELLA, TREEMME and Zucchetti finishes (English Gold, Antique Bronze, Brushed Nickel) are displayed in our showroom, the only way to choose them in real light.
Are the taps under warranty?

Yes, all our Italian tap brands (TREEMME, STELLA, Zucchetti) guarantee their products for 5 years, sometimes 10 years for internal mechanisms. PVD finishes are guaranteed against colour loss and light scratching for the full warranty period. Spare parts remain available beyond that, from manufacturers who keep their collections for 20 or 30 years. We keep the references of your orders to make any replacement easier.
What are the lead times for custom taps?

Standard TREEMME, STELLA and Zucchetti collections in common finishes (chrome, stainless steel, brushed brass) are delivered in 3 to 5 weeks. Special PVD finishes and made-to-measure concealed configurations take 6 to 10 weeks. For a project with a tight schedule, we recommend confirming finishes when you choose your materials, so the order can be placed as early as possible. A materials adviser confirms the lead time for each reference with your quote.
