3. Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, layouts, logo, visual identity, photographs, videos) is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, representation, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Atelier Matière, except for legal exceptions (private copy, short quotation).

Images of materials and projects are the property of their respective brands, architecture firms and photographers, and are used on this site with their permission. Any reuse outside this site is prohibited without the agreement of the rights holders.

4. Personal data (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose and port the data concerning you.

Information collected via the contact, appointment, quote and visit preparation forms (first name, last name, email, phone, project type, selection of materials) is used exclusively by Atelier Matière to answer your requests and advise you. It is neither transferred nor sold to third parties.

Data is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised. To exercise your rights, write to info@ateliermatiere.fr stating your request. In case of dispute, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL (cnil.fr).

5. Cookies

Audience measurement without cookies. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which measures traffic anonymously and in aggregate, without cookies or persistent identifiers. This measurement does not require your consent.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. These audience measurement and advertising tools help us understand how well our ads perform. They are only loaded with your consent, category by category (audience measurement, advertising). Without your consent, no Google script is loaded.

Google Maps. Showroom maps are only displayed when you click on “Show the map”. Google may then set its own cookies.

Origin of your visit. When you send a form, we attach the source of your visit (for example an ad or a referring site) and the page you arrived on. This information is kept for the length of your browsing session. With your consent to audience measurement, the source of your first visit is kept for 90 days in your browser.

Your choice is stored in your browser for 6 months, after which we ask again. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or .

6. Liability

Technical information (dimensions, colours, finishes) presented on this site is provided for guidance only. Natural materials (stone, wood, textile) inherently show variations in tone, veining and texture. We recommend validating your choice in the showroom on physical samples before any order.

Atelier Matière cannot be held liable for differences perceived between digital visuals and delivered materials, nor for interpretations or uses of this content outside its professional advisory framework.

7. Governing law

These legal notices are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
