Frequently asked questions about this category

Is this tile suitable for a walk-in shower?

+

Most of the porcelain stoneware in our catalogue is suitable for a walk-in shower, provided you choose a finish with a slip rating of at least R10 for the floor, and R11 for a very exposed room. A waterproofing membrane under the tiles is mandatory before laying. Our advisers check that each reference suits your project, taking into account the layout, the drainage slope and the type of shower base: built-in and tiled flush with the floor, solid stone or prefabricated.

Which formats are available?

+

Our catalogue covers every scale, from small 7.5x30 cm zellige to large 160x320 or 300x150 cm porcelain slabs. Intermediate formats such as 60x60, 60x120, 90x90 and 120x120 remain the most requested for residential floors. The technical sheet lists the formats and thicknesses available for each reference: 6 mm for a splashback, 9 to 12 mm for an indoor floor, 20 mm for outdoors. Our design office adapts the layout to your room.

What delivery lead times should I expect?

+

Allow 2 to 4 weeks for references in stock at our Italian and Spanish suppliers, and 4 to 8 weeks for made-to-order production or special orders. Large formats, rare finishes and dedicated runs can take longer, and we confirm the lead time with your quote. For a scheduled project, we recommend confirming your choice of material six to eight weeks before laying, to leave time for delivery and for checking production batches.
