How can I discover your materials?

The best way is to visit the showroom, by appointment, at one of our two Parisian addresses (Passy, 16th arrondissement and Brunel, 17th). All the samples are available there. Prepare your visit by adding your favourite materials to your selection on the website, we will have them ready for you on the day.
Do you send samples by post?

No. We favour meeting in the showroom because material has to be touched, compared and discussed next to other references. You leave with a much more accurate vision of your project than with an isolated sample received in an envelope.
How do I book an appointment?

Online from the Book an appointment page, by phone on 01 45 04 57 65, or by email at info@ateliermatiere.fr. We confirm within 24 business hours.
What are the delivery lead times for the materials?

Generally 2 to 4 weeks for materials in stock at our Italian and Spanish suppliers, 4 to 8 weeks for made-to-measure manufacturing or a special order arrival. We give you a precise lead time at the quote stage depending on the reference chosen.
Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver in Paris, in Île-de-France and throughout mainland France. For international shipping, please consult us: we can organise delivery in Europe and beyond depending on the volume.
Do you handle the installation of the materials?

Yes, via our sister company Atelier Moderne, a premium general building contractor. We can take on the installation alone (tile, stone, wall coverings) or the entire renovation site. Our technical office also supports projects from the design phase to validate tile layout and implementation.
Do you work with interior architects and designers?

It's an important part of our clientele. We offer dedicated support for professionals: sourcing, material coherence, order tracking, craftsmen coordination, tailored commercial terms. Please get in touch to present your project.
How do I request a quote?

From each material page, you can add the reference to your selection, then confirm by filling in a few details about your project. A material advisor will contact you within 48 business hours with a detailed estimate.
Do you make bespoke curtains, cushions and fabrics?

Yes. Our textile department, based at the 16th arrondissement showroom, produces made-to-measure curtains, cushions, banquettes and rugs in Pierre Frey, Arte, Thévenon and other publishers' fabrics. French manufacturing, installation included. Our team travels for site measurements in Île-de-France.
What are your opening hours?

Both showrooms are open Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 7pm, by appointment. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
